His albums are few and far in between, but each album is considered a classic. His first album, "Occupation of The Heart", recorded for CBS in 1977, including his signature song, "Age Ye Rooz" (If One Day...), released in 1977, was among the best selling Persian albums ever. Other international singers, such as Ajda Pekan, have recorded "Age Ye Rooz" in many other languages. His album, "Hafez, a Memorandum" is based on on eight poems of Hafez, Iran's most celebrated poet and mystic.

Aslani's latest acclaimed album, Khate Sevom (The Third Line), is to be released in October 2010 by Bamahang Productions, simultaneous with Aslani's East Coast concert tour produced by Classic Persian.
